Savor the rich, umami flavor of wild porcini mushrooms in this irresistible blend of creamy Arborio rice and quality, organic ingredients like mushrooms, garlic, and onion.

This Italian-style risotto is specially crafted to add gourmet flair to any meal! Serve it as a delicious side dish or dress it up with your favorite ingredients. We recommend adding freshly ground pepper, shaved Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley. Did we mention it cooks in 20 minutes? Just sauté, stir, simmer, and serve!

Suggested use

Stovetop Cooking Instructions

This product is raw and must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor.

  1. In a heavy 2 qt. saucepan, sauté contents of rice pouch in 1 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add 2 1/2 cups water and contents of seasoning pouch. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
  4. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
